After clicking the link, an Outlook Web Access logon screen will appear. In the "User Name" box, enter "SPECTACOR\<your username>" without the quotes. Enter your password in the "Password" box. If you do not type “Spectacor\” in front of your username, you will be unable to log in to Outlook Web Access.
After clicking the link, you will be prompted to install Citrix. Once you install Citrix, it will prompt to add an account. Enter "https://citrix.comcastspectacor.com" into the box, and then Click Add. It will then prompt you to enter your domain\username and password (spectacor\username and your e-mail password. You can also click on the “Skip to Log on” link and it will take you to the Citrix Logon.
Enroll in Self Service by answering three security questions. After enrollment you can unlock your account or reset your password at any time without the assistance of the IT Department. Allow a technician to remotely access your machine for support. A ticket must be opened in advance with the IT Help Desk.
