Uniform was founded in 1998 by three designers that wanted to do things differently. Since then, we’ve built a highly aligned but loosely coupled family of businesses that blend strategy, creativity and technology to help companies understand, navigate and better prepare for the future.

We employ over 50 specialists in brand, strategy, design, technology, visualisation, film and immersive. Our partners extend our capability across research and insight, digital delivery and motion design and animation, bringing our network to over 100 people across the UK and Europe.
