I am the ghost of groovymother.com. Woooooo!

This is an old page from Rod Begbie's blog.

It only exists in an attempt to prevent linkrot. No new content will be added to this site, and links and images are liable to be broken. Check out begbie.com to find where I'm posting stuff these days.

About Rod Begbie

Avatar

Hello. I’m Rod Begbie, and I write this here website.

I’m a 32-year-old geek, originally from Tillicoultry in Scotland, but currently leaving my heart in San Francisco. Prior to SF, I spent ten glorious years living in the vicinity of Boston, MA.

My day job is as a software engineer in the online group at Current TV, the worldwide participatory cable network. No, I haven’t met Al Gore yet.

Previously, I was found in the R&D labs of a large consumer electronics company whose name Rhymes With Nose, consulting as an “Architect for the New Economy” at a company whose name is an Anagram Of Panties, and I ducked out the dot-com-bubble-burst in a basement of a bank doing fixed-income annuity analysis, which is as dull as it sounds.

I’m married to the lovely Joy, own two splendidly-dumb basset hounds, and cannot complete a list without invoking the comedy rule of three.
