This driver does not work with bitmapped programs like, Paint and Freehand. Allows printing directly from windows vector graphics programs without requiring additional software purchases. DirectCut for Illustrator on Mac provides the same features of DirectCut Driver but without a printer driver interface.
Works with Adobe CC 2014, 2015, 2015.3 and 2017 illustrator versions.
Tested on Mac OS operating systems Yosemite and Sierra. Tested with cutters with serial number ending with "T". (These were shipped starting in 2013). If you need this to work with a "G" cutter send a problem report and we can upgrade the plugin to work with "G" cutters.

Then if you have a later version of illustrator than what is supported by the install (Illustrator 2018) just copy the AllenPrintMac.aip framework (mac dll) from the mounted dmg to /Applications/Adobe Illustrator CC xxxx/Plug-ins directory.
Here is the mac terminal commands that you would use to install the plug in to the October 2018 release of illustrator which is labeled 2019. You would run this after you ran the ./install
sudo cp -fr AllenPrintMac.aip '/Applications/Adobe Illustrator CC 2019/Plug-ins.localized'
Notes for mac OS Catalina released Oct 2019
Plug in is unsigned and un-notarized as required by Catalina and later OS. It is compiled as a 32 bit application and does not work at all on Catalina. Due to low usage of this plugin it is not scheduled for an update at this time.
